Unity at Ridgeway, Medical Office Building, Rochester, New York

Drilled ninety 400 ft geothermal wells with 1.25-inch HDPE loops. Properly grouted with a 1.2 thermal conductivity geothermal grout. Trenching and horizontal piping was fused and run into the building.

John W. Danforth, Hilbert College, Residence Hall, Blasdell, New York

Drilled seventy-two 400 ft geothermal wells with 1.25 in. HDPE loops. Properly grouted with a 1.0 thermal conductivity geothermal grout. Trenching and horizontal piping was fused and run into the building.

Rochester Institute of Technology, Henrietta, New York

Drilled sixty 330 ft geothermal wells with 1.25 in. HDPE loops. Properly grouted with a 1.0 thermal conductivity geothermal grout. Trenching and horizontal piping was fused and run into the building.

Site Evaluation for Nuclear Plant Construction, Oswego, New York

Marine drilling project to define the rock characteristics below the Lake Ontario floor. Performed deep rock cores and packer testing while providing descriptions of overburden, rock, and ground water. Drilling techniques employed included split spoon sampling of soils, wireline rock-core, packer testing, and well construction.

Manufacturing Site Closure, Brighton, New York

Drilled thirty-two sample borings arranged in a grid network. Installed four well pairs and one telescoping cased well. Four well pairs consisted of a deep well set at 75 ft and a shallow well set at 30 ft.

Drilling Services, Rochester, New York

Drilled and installed vacuum extraction wells inside a manufacturing facility at night under Health & Safety Level "B" conditions and three well clusters installed around the facility perimeter. Tasks performed during project included auger drilling, coring, packer testing, pressure grouting and air rotary drilling techniques. Deep wells called for installation of telescoping casing with 12 in. I.D. casing being grouted to 28 ft, 8 in. steel casing being installed to 60 ft and a nominal 8 in. diameter borehole being drilled to a total depth of over 100 ft.

Site Remediation of a Former Manufacturing Facility, Geneva, New York

Used Geoprobe 6610DT and injection pump to inject Zero-Valent iron and Newman Zone in 132 probe points using a 10 channel feed system with multiple points.

Industrial Site, Waterford, New York

Drilled and installed two 8 in. stainless steel recovery wells. Site lithology required temporary 18 in. casing to be installed to depths of 127 ft. Recovery wells were constructed within the 18 in. casing, which was extracted slowly during placement of well filter pack materials.

New York State Electric and Gas, Dresden, New York

Drilled and installed five monitoring wells. Well installation included auguring and soil sampling to the bedrock interface, installing 6 in. steel casing, coring, packer testing, reaming NX cores to 6 in. diameter, and construction of 2 in. PVC monitoring wells.

Manufacturing Site, Macedon, New York

Drilled seven well clusters consisting of 2 in. PVC wells set at 75 ft, 60 ft and 30 ft in each of the deep, intermediate and shallow wells, respectively.

Gas Vent Wells, Seneca Meadows Landfill, Waterloo, New York

Drilled and installed multiple 6 in. PVC vent wells to 60 ft every year for gas extraction at this landfill.

Micro-Piles, Seneca Towers, Rochester, New York

Drilled and installed 11 in. H-beams on 8 ft centers and pinned beams into rock using Williams Anchors and epoxy resin.
